 If I had to choose today between eating, sleeping, mating and defending, I d pick sleeping.  It s the only thing I can t do when I want.  20 years ago, it probably would be mating.  Since it s 2019 and food is so plentiful that many people have an issue with consuming too much of it, we all kind of take it for granted.  In fact, think about how amazing this current time is in history; our main health problems are a result of us eating too much and just sitting on our asses. 

In other words, many people s biggest problem is that they have it too good.
