Used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help relieve coughs (Kasa) and as a laxative to help relieve occasional constipation (Sramsana).Help to support healthy glucose metabolism

DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults: Take 2-3 ml (60-90 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Allow at least 6-12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking medications for diabetes; if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; if you have a kidney disorder or are taking cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications; if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and or diarrhoea.
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhoea.
