St Francis Herb Farm Lemon Balm tincture acts as a mild sedative and calming agent. Especially useful for its gentle, pacifying action in children.
As a sleep aid (during times of mental stress).
To help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.

Turn to our Lemon Tincture if you’re anxious and your nerves are frayed. It’s also an excellent sleep aid.

DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 mL (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist.
Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
